Customer Service Returns Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Returns Assistant at our Bristol Airport location.

As a key member of our vehicle returns team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient rental experience. Your primary duties will include meeting and greeting customers, conducting vehicle inspections, and processing fleet reports and customer invoices.

You will also be responsible for managing the car park, ensuring it is well-maintained and organized, and assisting with the preparation of vehicles for collection by transporters. Additionally, you will conduct vehicle audits to ensure all cars meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and process fleet reports and customer invoices

Requirements:

  • Full, valid clean driving license with a minimum of 4 years' driving experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility with working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends
