Bupa Dental Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Qualified Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our team in Cardiff, Mermaid Keys. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our dental care services.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and a range of benefits. You will be working a varied schedule, including Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists and ensure CQC requirements are met.
  • Update patient records digitally and maintain accurate records.
  • Set up decontamination of instruments and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Undertake some reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to patient queries.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience for all patients.
