Job Overview

Professional Technical Ltd is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join their team in the South Yorkshire area. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and performing minor repairs on lifts in the designated service route.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a designated service route comprising of approximately 90 units
  • Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve lift-related issues
  • Respond to call-outs and be on standby for emergency calls one night in ten
  • Adhere to industry best practices and standards

Requirements:

  • Background in lift engineering, with experience in service, repair, or installation
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification as a minimum
  • Proven experience working on various lift products and systems
  • Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
