Job Summary:
Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor - CBT Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our mental health support team and providing supervision to our Educational Mental Health Practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the mental health support team
- Provide supervision to Educational Mental Health Practitioners
- Manage a clinical caseload
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
Requirements:
- Postgraduate diploma in Children and Young People's Mental Health Supervision or willingness to undertake the one-year Post Graduate Diploma
- BABCP accreditation
- Significant CYP experience in a CAMHS or educational setting
- Experience supervising staff
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £51,800 - £58,500 per year
