About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Nurse to join our team at Operose Health. As a Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the regional nursing, operational, and GP team members to ensure all targets are met in line with current guidelines and standards within national service frameworks.
  • Provide expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice, demonstrating safe and clinical decision-making.
  • Support the Regional Lead Nurse and act as a deputy as required to ensure a high level of quality and standards at all times.
  • Be involved with the implementation and monitoring of all clinical aspects, demonstrating clinical excellence in conjunction with the site clinical lead.

What We Offer

  • Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.

Person Specification

  • First Level UK registered nurse/Registered AHCP with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
  • Non-medical Prescriber.
  • Demonstrates sound evidence of academic links.
  • Extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and managing nursing teams.
  • Understanding of the Lead Role.
