We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Casework Administrator to join our team at NFP People. As a key member of our Casework Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders and handling administrative tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide timely and effective communication with stakeholders
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
