About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in corporate law, particularly in M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and a strong understanding of the corporate landscape.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on corporate law matters, including M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions
  • Leading complex corporate transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contributing to the growth and development of our Corporate offering
