Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Officer to join our team at People Group Limited. As a key member of our Construction team, you will be responsible for leading planning and scheduling activities across complex and challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage robust delivery schedules with clear targets and understanding of all activities and interfaces that support the successful completion of projects.
- Work closely with project Sponsors from the early project stages to ensure alignment with the client's strategy and delivery plan.
- Collaborate with the Programme Planning Manager to develop and implement recovery plans and reporting.
- Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely completion and identify potential risks and issues.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of working as a Planner or Senior Planner on projects with a value of around £20M.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and control principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
