Cleaner Needed in Stockton-on-Tees

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Essential Employment. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, adhering to legislative regulations and internal/external HSEA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work according to legislative regulations, ensuring the correct use of colour-coded equipment
  • Comply with internal and external HSEA requirements
  • Provide a cleaning service that meets our contractual requirements
  • Control stock levels and order consumables to ensure service delivery through the correct channels
  • Operate machinery safely and in line with guidelines and training provided
  • Ensure a high-quality service is provided to building users at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Report any concerns or issues to the supervisor immediately for action
  • Complete all duties in the time provided to a high standard
  • Operate in accordance with the Soft Services Platform and handbook

This is a Full-time role on a temporary contract basis.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
