We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information and guidance on our services and products.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with our technicians and other departments to ensure that customers receive timely and efficient service.
- Provide administrative support, including updating customer records and processing paperwork.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives and strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or automotive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customers simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays.
