We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Field Sales Executive to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Graduate Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers within the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and develop an existing account base
- Learn and gain commercial exposure
- Build strong relationships with business owners, employees, and wholesalers
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Field sales management and account management
- Educated to degree level
- Based in or commutable to Milton Keynes
- Confident and able to work independently with excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, well-presented, articulate, and hardworking
- Full UK driving license (no more than 3 points)
- £34,000 basic salary + £5,000 OTE
- Company car + fuel card
- Mobile
- Laptop
- 25 days holiday
