About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Field Sales Executive to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Graduate Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers within the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop an existing account base
  • Learn and gain commercial exposure
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, employees, and wholesalers
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Field sales management and account management
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level
  • Based in or commutable to Milton Keynes
  • Confident and able to work independently with excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, well-presented, articulate, and hardworking
  • Full UK driving license (no more than 3 points)
