Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? As an Assistant General Manager at McDonald's, you will have the opportunity to lead important internal functions, including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen.
  • Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas:
    • Kitchen: Ensure food quality, safety, and cost are maintained.
    • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers and ensure a positive dining experience.
    • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
