Poultry Meat Cutter (Night Shift)

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Poultry Meat Cutter to join our client's team, a leading supplier of meat products, delicatessen, and dry goods to the catering industry.

  • Prepare fresh and frozen poultry to a high standard and to individual customer specification for supply to both retail and the catering trade.
  • Work on a butcher's block as part of a team of production personnel, reporting to a Shift Supervisor or Manager.

Training on red meats and other product lines will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of preparing poultry and be passionate about meat processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare poultry to a high standard, meeting individual customer specifications.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
  • Participate in training on red meats and other product lines.
