Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage BACS and Trade Loan Payments
  • Match, batch, and post Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
  • Perform intercompany reconciliation and adjustments
  • Support with financial audits and provide ad hoc reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy office environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in accounting software and experience with business central is a plus
