Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage BACS and Trade Loan Payments
- Match, batch, and post Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
- Perform intercompany reconciliation and adjustments
- Support with financial audits and provide ad hoc reporting
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy office environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in accounting software and experience with business central is a plus
