**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor/Executive to join our highly successful team at QED Legal. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for handling a mixed caseload of fast and multi-track personal injury matters on behalf of claimants.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Handle a caseload of personal injury claims, including RTA, Employer Liability, Public Liability, and Clinical Negligence cases
  • Provide a high-quality legal service to clients, ensuring excellent communication and case management
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments

**Requirements**

  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling claimant personal injury matters
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
