Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent in healthcare roles across various settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit top healthcare talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical facilities to understand their staffing needs and preferences
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients' needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in recruitment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing top talent in healthcare roles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
