We are looking for a proactive individual to become part of our dedicated team, working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students and positively impacting their educational journeys.

Role Overview

The successful applicant will be tasked with delivering the primary curriculum to a small, tailored class of up to 6 students, supported by a Teaching Assistant. You will be responsible for designing, preparing, and delivering lessons that address the diverse needs of all learners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspiring students through creative and engaging lesson delivery
  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and external professionals to uphold educational standards
  • Tracking and evaluating student progress, providing consistent feedback
  • Employing a range of teaching methods and resources to enhance student engagement
  • Establishing and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning environment
  • Adhering to school policies and procedures in alignment with our core values

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification

Proven experience in teaching students with special educational needs

Strong understanding of the national curriculum

Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success
