About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant. As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical care and support to clients, including personal care, companionship, and household tasks
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
- Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with care managers and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a care setting or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
