Join Our Team as an Early Years Apprentice

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Apprentice. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and care of our young children.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading children's charity, Barnardo's, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality early years education and care. As an Early Years Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced team to plan and implement engaging and educational activities that promote children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement creative and engaging activities that meet the needs of children aged 3 months to 5 years.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the safety and well-being of children.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education and care.
