Senior Associate Solicitor - Professional Negligence

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Professional Negligence Team, specializing in construction litigation and insurance claims. As a key member of our team, you will work on high-value cases, advising on policy coverage and involved in alternative dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from contractor and construction professional indemnity claims
  • Advise on policy coverage and involved in alternative dispute resolution, such as adjudication, arbitration, and disciplinary proceedings
  • Work closely with Partners on high-value claims, with progression opportunities to manage your own case load

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in construction litigation and insurance preferred
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload
  • Strong legal and leadership skills, with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills, with effective communication
