Building Control Team Manager

**Job Summary**

Osborne Richardson is seeking a highly skilled Building Control Team Manager to lead our Building Control service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage a team of building control professionals to deliver a high-quality service
* Provide expert technical advice on building control matters
* Ensure technical and legal compliance with the Building Acts and Building Regulations
* Make decisions in accordance with an appropriate scheme of delegation

**Principal Registered Building Control Inspector**

We are also seeking a Principal Registered Building Control Inspector to lead and manage a professional team within the Building Control service. Your role will be to:

* Assist the Building Control Manager in providing expert technical advice on building control matters
* Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a plan checking and site inspection team

**Requirements**

* Strong technical knowledge of building control and relevant legislation
* Proven leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
