Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent for our clients, while also developing your skills and knowledge in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and select top talent for our clients through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates, ensuring transparency and communication throughout the recruitment process.
