Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and indirectly to the property General Manager, this position requires a skilled leader capable of navigating various management levels.

This is a proactive position that does not involve direct team management.

The Role:

As the Cluster Director of Sales, your responsibilities will include analyzing local market dynamics and competitor strategies to propose initiatives that maintain the hotel’s competitive edge in the industry.
You will play a crucial role in fostering growth and nurturing both new and repeat business opportunities.
Key tasks will include:
- Conducting thorough analysis of local market trends and competitor activities to uncover business opportunities.
- Cultivating customer accounts and traveling to promote business for the designated hotel/cluster, thereby enhancing market share across all revenue streams.
- Negotiating room rates and packages with corporate clients.
- Creating and executing innovative local marketing strategies, including leveraging social media platforms.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, complemented by a 20% bonus structure.
