Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant/Driver to join our team at Dulux Decorating Centres. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and our UK Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome and informed conversation to customers, ensuring a personalized proposal that meets their needs.
  • Use our client service tools to deliver a consistent customer experience and support the store's monthly customer contact plan.
  • Load the van and plan delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely customer deliveries.
  • Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail role, with a valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Calm under pressure and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
