Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist culinary staff in meal preparation and cooking, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Serve meals and beverages to service users, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain proper storage practices and ensure effective stock rotation.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of all kitchen areas, equipment, and furniture.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to uphold hygiene standards and comply with operational policies.
  • Engage with the multidisciplinary team, including dietitians, to discuss dietary needs and planned meals.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant catering qualification (desirable).
