Façade Manager

We are seeking an experienced Façade Manager to lead a small façade team on a large-scale industrial building project in Bridgwater, Somerset. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete façade package, from early detailed design to installation completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead regular design meetings and coordinate the design team and other key stakeholders
- Check drawings and manage the submittal/approval process
- Keep records and coordinate interfaces with other trades
- Undertake compliance checks throughout the manufacture period
- Witness performance testing (if needed)
- Help plan and coordinate the logistical and installation strategy
- Plan installation work on site, ensuring safety and quality
- Deliver the project up to Practical Completion
- Experienced and practical individuals with a good understanding of design, performance testing, manufacture, and installation
- Well-rounded with a good understanding of façade delivery teams
- Experience of managing façades and façade delivery teams
- Technical understanding of the façade business from early design to installation completion
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Technical experience of curtain wall, shop fronts, punched windows, cladding/rainscreen systems, roofing systems, door systems, and defect discovery and rectification
