Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Oakland, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a plan to bring mortgage brokers onboard, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and ensuring timely documentation for all broker and loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Acra Lending products and programs, including eligibility parameters and pricing.
  2. Design and implement an effective prospecting strategy to attract new mortgage brokers and sustain business relationships.
  3. Prepare and execute call lists to engage with potential clients and drive sales growth.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to drive business growth and retention.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all broker and loan approvals.
  6. Monitor and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, marketing, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  4. Strong understanding of web search and online research tools.
  5. Aggressive and results-driven attitude, with a strong focus on closing sales.

Salary range: $24,840 - $27,600 annually + commission, based on location, experience, education, and qualifications.
