Insite Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3 finance professionals to ensure seamless financial operations and high-quality financial reporting.
- Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial insights and drive decision-making, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead commercial budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to inform business strategy and optimize financial performance.
- Develop and improve business models and financial reporting to enhance decision-making and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing to improve ROI reporting and develop data-driven marketing strategies.
- Support the development and implementation of new financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead the automation of regular reports and development of business intelligence tools to provide real-time insights and drive business decisions.
- Attend and contribute to key business meetings as a finance representative, providing expert financial guidance and support.
- Manage costing processes and pricing for commodity fluctuations to ensure accurate financial reporting and minimize financial risk.
