Job Title: Advanced Practitioner - Clinical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and contributing to the development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership:
    • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to clinical teams
    • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
    • Contribute to the development of our practice's clinical strategy
  • Patient Care:
    • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and manage clinical teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management
    • Develop and implement team development plans
    • Contribute to the development of our practice's organizational strategy
  • Quality Improvement:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives

  • Communication and Collaboration:

Requirements:
  • Education and Qualifications:
