We are seeking an experienced MIS Analyst to join our team at CV Screen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the input, management, and control of data related to our schools' MIS, School Base.
The ideal candidate will have formal IT qualifications and school-based experience, with a proven track record of managing MIS databases. They will possess excellent administrative skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Office 365, and Google platform skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a busy environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have a proactive 'can-do' attitude. Discretion and confidentiality are essential, as well as the ability to work in a team and learn new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the input, management, and control of data related to our schools' MIS, School Base.
- Lead on the development and implementation of data management strategies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of data systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to our schools and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to data management.
Requirements:
- Formal IT qualifications and school-based experience.
- Proven track record of managing MIS databases.
- Excellent administrative skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Office 365, and Google platform skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a busy environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer:
- Up to £40,000 per annum DOE.

Location: Surbiton - fully office based.
This role is term time Monday to Friday, plus a number of working weeks outside of term time.
