Job Description

Role Overview

The Derby College Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Placement Officer to join our team at the Roundhouse Campus. As the industry placement officer, you will be responsible for coordinating with early years students and staff to provide a seamless placement experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with early years students and staff to identify placement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to secure placement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with college policies and procedures related to placements
  • Provide support and guidance to students throughout the placement process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the early years sector and the ability to build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
