Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced European Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our distributors across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across the EMEA region
  • Identify and implement new distribution channels to increase market penetration
  • Collaborate with the global team to meet shared targets and objectives
  • Analyze monthly results and provide performance reports
  • Monitor the external sales team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Travel extensively throughout the EMEA region (average 30% of the time)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing a distributor network in the EMEA region
  • Demonstrable experience of driving B2B sales growth within the EMEA region
  • Strategic mindset and technical understanding of compressed air treatment products
  • Command of other European languages (desirable)

What We Offer
