Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Cost Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Estimating and planning project costs
- Managing value engineering processes
- Liaising with clients and design teams
- Conducting site meetings and resolving queries
- Preparing cost reports and compliance checks
- Coordinating FF&E orders
- Monitoring cash flow and cost variances
- Ensuring timely applications for payments
- Negotiating final accounts
- Overseeing Practical Completion coordination
Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of three years of experience in the hotel and leisure construction sector
- Completion of the APC or currently pursuing it
