Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Centaur Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring seamless inventory management and efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with inbound freight companies to coordinate the receipt of goods and ensure timely delivery.
  • Inspect and verify the condition of received goods, identifying and reporting any damages or discrepancies.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging expertise in inventory management systems and supply chain optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a proven track record of success in inventory management and supply chain optimization.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
