We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our team at Avove. As a Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering the civil design content of water industry projects as part of a multi-disciplinary design team.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead projects/packages of work, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and specifications.
- Design Development: Develop designs in accordance with client requirements and relevant design standards to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Team Supervision: Supervise junior design team members to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Feasibility Studies: Prepare and check feasibility studies, appraisal/assessment reports, and other written documents.
- Engineering Solutions: Develop engineering solutions and present engineering options to stakeholders.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety in design development is at the forefront of our work and comply with the requirements of the company's Integrated Management System.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in the design of Water/Wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure works.
