Job Title: Trainee Service Technician

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Service Technician to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Trainee Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality cleaning and disinfection services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver cleaning and disinfection services to clients in Exeter and surrounding areas
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the business
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence for 2 years or over and no more than 6 penalty points
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
