Key Responsibilities:- Ensure safe project execution to meet client satisfaction, cost, schedule, and contractual requirements.
- Deliver project results for financial, HSE, client satisfaction, budget, and schedule performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and KBR teams, building strong working relationships across the delivery team.
- Support the pursuit of new work, including client meetings, presentations, and proposal work.
- Ensure project execution aligns with KBR policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
- Manage project risks to avoid delays, cost, performance, or reputational damage.
- Accurately report project status and forecasts.
- Identify resource requirements and coordinate with resource managers.
- Deliver projects as a sole project manager or as part of a larger delivery team.
- Develop project execution plans and deliver the plan, keeping the client and KBR informed of project status.
- Support the training, development, and mentoring of the next generation of project delivery professionals.
- Senior professional with strong personal drive.
- Excellent leadership and team motivational skills.
- Management experience of developing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge and experience of delivering new-build structures, including fixed platforms and floating structures.
- Greenfield and brownfield execution experience, including integration into existing infrastructure.
- Excellent awareness of environmental and sustainability issues, particularly decarbonization opportunities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an additional language desirable.
- Promotes collaboration and supports the development of behavioral skills in a team environment.
- Track record of project delivery in various global locations.
- Facilitator for debottlenecking technical issues across multiple disciplines.
- Leading the reporting and tracking of progress, including Earned Value reporting and key technical concerns.
- Promotes continuous improvement and implementation across all project facets.
- Implements a project team focus on Management of Change, both internal and external.
- Contract administration, including change orders, contract amendments, and risk management.
- Communication and influencing skills to gain the confidence of senior and executive management, partners, and project team members at all levels.
- Typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering and possession of a Professional Engineering qualification and/or project management qualification.
