Paralegal Role in Spalding, Lincolnshire

Lisa Wright Recruitment is seeking a skilled Paralegal to support the Court of Protection team in our Spalding office. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support and contribute to the success of our law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Preparation: Produce high-quality legal documents as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Financial Statement Drafting: Create financial statements with precision and efficiency.
  • Client Communication: Handle basic correspondence and telephone calls on client matters, providing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • File Management: Efficiently manage client/matter files, maintaining organization and confidentiality.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support as required by the team, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
Required Skills:
  • IT Proficiency: Possess good IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Communication: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Organizational: Demonstrate the ability to organize workload efficiently, especially under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Customer-Facing: Show evidence of good customer-facing skills, with a strong focus on providing excellent service.
  • Initiative: Display an enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to work independently using initiative or as part of a team.
