Our Team
We're currently recruiting for a Warehouse Solution Design Manager to join our growing team. As part of our continued expansion and development, we are building a new team focusing on Warehouse Solution Design and are looking for the next superstar in this arena.
Key Responsibilities
- Be part of the team shaping and designing the processes that will deliver future success with warehouse opportunities
- Work alongside our strategic development team to understand the needs and requirements of new potential customers
- Design and develop warehouse solutions for shared user and dedicated environments, including understanding and proposing automated and mechanized solutions where appropriate
- Get involved in optimization projects for our existing customers and propose new and improved ways of working
- Use your initiative, ideas, and knowledge to make a real difference and impact
- Be a key part of the team that wins and delivers new projects for XPO
Requirements
- You'll have experience of working within solution design, however, we are prepared to consider someone looking for the next step up
- You'll enjoy working autonomously, but as part of a team
- Experience of data analysis and identifying exciting and innovative solutions
- Experience of liaising with customers, both face-to-face and remotely
- Previous experience of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other similar software would be advantageous
- Knowledge of automation and mechanization would be beneficial but not essential
