About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Joules. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading the sales team by example, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to create a unique shopping experience that reflects the Joules brand
  • Support the development of the sales team and ensure customer needs and wants are met
  • Assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in-store efficiencies to drive profitability

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a retail Supervisor or a Senior Sales Assistant
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
