About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Energy Assessor/Sustainability Engineer to join our client's team in Oxford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies and preparing reports for planning submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thermal modelling and energy assessments to identify opportunities for energy efficiency.
  • Oversee project design and specifications from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sustainable solutions that meet the client's needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new regulations and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve energy efficiency and sustainability in building design.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant subject, such as building services engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in building services design, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Knowledge of new regulations, including Part L and Part O, and experience in residential and education projects.
  • Proficiency in IES Software, Level 5 Energy Assessor, SAP10, and Net Zero requirements.
