Job Summary

We are seeking two creative and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our team. As a Therapist with Tripod Partners, you will provide weekly support in designated specialist and mainstream educational settings. Your role will involve working with children and adults with complex needs, developing and implementing individualized support plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to children and adults with social, emotional, and mental health needs, autism, and other neurodevelopmental needs
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence, social skills, and emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Clinical Psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to service improvement projects and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

We are looking for Occupational Therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality support to individuals with complex needs. You will have a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
