Our success in delivering exceptional programs is driven by our dedicated staff, and we are now looking for energetic and passionate coaches (known as Red Tops) to help us achieve our goals.

Role Responsibilities

In this position, you will report to the Camp Manager and collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5:30pm, supervising groups of up to 16 children across various age ranges. You will lead high-energy, enjoyable, and inclusive sessions that encourage every child to participate actively, regardless of their skill level.

Ensuring child safety is our top priority; you will oversee the welfare of children at all times, supervising during breaks, participating in swimming activities, and ensuring the safe use of equipment while promptly addressing any incidents.

As an Ofsted registered organization, you will have the opportunity to observe our high standards in child care and wellbeing, gain first aid qualifications, build relationships with parents or guardians, and access our leading training programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Availability during school holidays, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5:30pm
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children
  • At least 3 months' experience in coaching sports or leading active games
  • Enthusiastic, resilient, and a strong team player
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach
  • Possession of a Level 2 or higher qualification in Teaching, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education
  • Paediatric First Aid certification (training opportunities available)
