About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Security Operative to join our team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. As a Security Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to security incidents and assist in resolving them
- Conduct internal and external security patrols
- Monitor and respond to intruder alarm activations
- Provide front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors
- Conduct car park patrols to ensure vehicles are parked in accordance with our car parking policy
Requirements
- Good general education
- Security-related qualification or equivalent experience
- Conflict resolution/physical intervention training
- Customer service/customer care skills
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Awareness of NHS hospital security policy
- Security-related experience
- Experience of working in a large organization
- Experience using Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
