About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Leonardo Hotel Manchester Central. As a key member of our senior operational team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Hotel Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and empowered to deliver outstanding results.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, inspiring your team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of quality.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Utilize your excellent problem-solving skills to manage conflicts or complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Coach and train new starters, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with your local HR team to host engaging activities for the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
