Key Responsibilities for the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator:

  • Manage breach registers, including those related to ISO27001.
  • Conduct daily PEP Screening to meet regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly Management Information (MI).
  • Support the monitoring plan as directed by the Head of Compliance and Risk to evaluate the organization's adherence to regulatory standards, including FCA data protection, information security, anti-fraud measures, and business continuity protocols.
  • Aid the Head of Risk and Compliance in executing internal audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide general support on various compliance and regulatory issues.
  • Collaborate and operate in accordance with OPAL's ISO27001 and TCF policies and procedures.

Qualifications sought for the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator role:

  • Previous experience in financial services (preferably 1-2 years)
  • Background in administration
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Methodical approach to tasks
