Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Conveyancer on a consultancy basis to join our busy and expanding residential conveyancing team.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to break away from the normal 9 to 5 and have a career without limits. Consultancy offers flexibility, financial rewards, freedom and complete autonomy over your fees, work volumes and working hours.

We can offer you a part-time caseload whilst you work on your business development, building your own clientele and following over your free days.

You can then build your workload up to a full caseload and full-time hours.

The role will entail dealing with a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Re-mortgages
  • Stamp duty procedures
  • Title checking
  • Dealing with sale enquiries
  • Search reports
  • Active involvement in business development
  • Dealing with all matters from beginning through to completion
  • Updating the case management system
  • Updating clients, agents and mortgage advisors
