**Job Summary**

Hexa Services, a leading provider of construction, civils, mechanical, and electrical services, is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Complete assigned Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks on time with adequate record keeping.
  • Deliver reactive maintenance to the required standard within contractual obligations.

**Operational Responsibilities**

  • Deliver mechanical, electrical, and fabric PM in accordance with relevant guidelines and service levels.
  • Carry out reactive maintenance duties assigned by the Helpdesk, paying attention to contractual parameters and timeframes.
  • Support the Management Team in all aspects of delivering the Facilities Management (FM) services contract.

**Requirements**

  • Multi-skilled across all disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and basic plumbing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
