Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being
- Organize and participate in activities, such as games, crafts, and educational tasks
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities
- Monitor the condition of the facility and equipment and arrange maintenance and repairs as needed
- Update parents and carers on their child's progress and behavior
- Answer enquiries about enrolment, payments, and practices
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification
- Excellent communication and creative skills
- A positive outlook and ability to build a secure and rewarding environment for children
- Ability to conduct interviews and develop and maintain the nursery budget
- 29 days holiday (full-time) or pro-rata
