Job Title: Automotive General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance business potential, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  2. Operational Excellence: Ensure control of all costs, optimize resource allocation, and minimize waste. Implement effective inventory management and stock ordering processes.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to Company Health and Safety, Food Safety, Fire Safety, and COSHH legislation.
Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and financial acumen
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
